I don't since my multi has 1000mcg of folic acid in it. But i know you can't take too much since your body will just get rid of the excess (it's water soluble). I think I read a long while back that you should take between 600-800mcg of it.. so as long as you're in that range, you should be ok?
My B Complex also has 400 mcg of folic acid in it.
(And I'm hoping you ladies are talking in mcg and not mg...since that could possibly be overkill

)
