Well, AF came, so my last cycle was only 27 days long and LP was only 9 days again. I had a feeling this wasn't going to be my cycle, but we timed BD perfectly. (that one get's a double frowny face!) LP was longer my last cycle, so I thought that finally months of 100mg+ of B6 was working, but maybe not....So, next new venture, progesterone cream. Has anyone used progesterone cream? If so, did you talk with your doctor first about it or did you just decide to start using it? Did it lengthen your LP? When in your cycle did you use it? Sorry for all of the questions. Thanks ladies!!!!

Have you been taking B12 with your B6? I recently found out that you get the maxiumum benefits from B6 if you take it with extra B12 as well.

I don't know about the progesterone cream, someone else may be able to help with that.

Those are some great questions bu I don't know anything about progesterone either. I am interested to see what other people say about it.

How long have you been taking B6? It took me a couple cycles before seeing a difference? Are you taking B12 as well? I have heard B6 alone can lead to miscarriage.

Hi ladies, thanks for your responses! Yes, I'm taking B12 with B6. I started taking 100mg of B6 with complex in November. I started taking 50mg of B6 in October. So it's been a couple of months. I decided to call my GYN today to talk with her about it first. I'm waiting on a return call from her before I try it. Maybe she'll schedule me for BW (fx'd). Thanks again for your help, I really appreciate it! I'll KUP!

Dawn, do you have research that says that? I looked that up after you mentioned that in another thread and I couldn't find it except just as a post in another message board.

Vitamin B6 - Lengthen luteal phase or increase progesterone - BabyandBump

I just read about it on a forum as well but I think it's worth mentioning since they are saying it 'MAY' cause miscarriage.
