Hi ladies, I was wondering if u can look at my chart and see if u think my temps r really low and if that's normal. I know everyone is different but it just seems so low. I am sure this is an anovulatory cycle so I don't know if my temp would stay this low because of that. I am hoping too that this is just a this month thing and it doesn't happen again since I have had several test saying I do ovulate.

I don't know how far into your TTC journey you are, if you're newly off the pill, have had any testing, etc... But, I think you're definitely on point thinking this cycle looks anovulatory... I agree with that.

As for your temps being too low... I don't think they are, if AF is getting ready to show. If you had O'd and were on an earlier cycle day, I might be concerned... but I think things look alright for where you are in your cycle.

It looks like AF is just around the corner with your low temps. I am not sure if I can pinpoint your O day but I would just continue to chart until you can figure out a pattern. Good luck.

I also noticed you did not have any + OPK's marked. Is that true you didn't have any OPK's come back +?

I have been TTC for over 3 yrs but never really detailed in my own charting because we were seeing a specialist and i have never been on the pill. Thank u for looking at this and for your advice I appreciate it. I'm hoping to have a normal cycle next cycle because i won't be on any medicine (ex. Provera) and will only try taking baby asprin and b complex.

Thank you. As awful as this sounds I'm glad my temp means its AF and.not something worse. Now the sooner I can staet a new cycle. Hopefully get better temps and OPK's since i won't be taking any meds. And i had a couple opks tjat had two lines but they were never 100% positive so I just said they were -.

Have you ever had your thyroid tested?

I hate to be the voice of dissent but those temps in the last week do look low to me, even if AF is around the corner.

ok good. I also have thyroid issues and I'm on meds - my levels have been ok but it doesn't raise my temps so I guess that symptom sticks around!

Keep in mind that you can get positive OPKs and not actually ovulate. Your body will gear up and try to O, but only a thermal shift can indicate that you actually did ovulate. When I was first coming off bcp, I had a 90 day cycle where I didn't O until CD76. It was so frustrating. During that time, I got obvious positive OPKs and then my body would fail to actually O. I really hope that doesn't happen to you because it can be very misleading. I just wanted to let you know that it is possible. Hoping your cycles regulate soon!
