Wowza! Katie - are you feeling sick at all??
If not, have you considered the T-word? (15DPO and all...)

I didn't post about this before because... well... after you've gone through as many busted cycles as I have, you start to think that nothing means anything anymore... But here goes:
Friday we went to my parents house for a few hours. As we were getting ready to leave to go to our friend's place, I started feeling queasy. DH thought it might be because my tummy was empty, so he got me a taco from Taco Bell. I sat spitting out the car door waiting for him to come back with it.
We ate the tacos and then went to our friends. They made dinner, so I only ate a small amount because I didn't trust my tummy. Well, the husband (friend) is a part time karaoke DJ and he had a show that night. Sometimes the crowd is small, which makes for a long night for him, so every so often we'll go out just to give him some extra singers and support.
Well, we got to karaoke and all was fine... for a while. I started feeling bad again, to the point where I had to ask where the bathroom was because I was afraid I was gonna be sick. I went into the bathroom and hung over the toilet for a while until I heard a lady outside the door saying to her friend that she had to go really bad. I wasn't ready to come out yet, but I know how that is, so I let her have it.
I went back to the table and tried to be still to see if it would help and it seemed to fade a bit. I got up, sang a song and then started feeling bad all over again once I sat back down. I tried really hard to make it through, but I kept having to put my head down on the table from the queasiness and my back was feeling achy.
The show started at 9:00 and DH and I were in the car for home by 9:52 because I just couldn't sit there anymore. I spit out the car door for the next 5 minutes or so while DH got navigation up on his phone, then I reclined my seat, curled up on my side and passed out. Once we got home, I got undressed, climbed in bed, said my bedtime prayers and waited for sleep.
Since then... I've still been having the queasiness and I'm cramping pretty good today. I noticed some cramping with occasional sharp pains yesterday, but it seems a bit more today. It literally feels like she's coming any second now...
I didn't realize that FF had given me a Triphasic message for CD 32, which coincidentally was karaoke night, until a few minutes ago. I also didn't realize today is the 30th, which is the day FF selected as my Test Day.
So... it's looking like I may very well be peeing on a stick tomorrow.

Even though the timing is a little less than perfect (DH just lost his job), we would both be absolutely over the moon in delirious happiness!
I really hope that temp isn't a fluke just there to mess with my head!

I agree that the symptoms coupled with todays temp do look convincing, looking forward to seeing that peestick tomorrow!
And regards the timing, timing is never perfect!

No, it never is perfect... although any one of the last 37 months would've been better since we had health insurance! But... no matter. If we are blessed this month, we will find a way. DH will be working again LOOONG before January of 2013!!

Thanks Mama Hooker!
It is one funky lookin' chart. It's been an odd month. I had a head cold and an awful cough that was waking me through the night. I felt horribly pessimistic about this cycle after I O'd even though our timing was better than it's been in months!
I've heard stories of ppl getting pg the month they were sick, so here's hoping!

Everytime I see Jess's posts, especially her journal title, I think of Lafayette from True Blood.
Nikki, Here's hoping to different is good! I'm sorry to hear about Danny's job, but here's also to hoping that it's on to bigger and better things for your family!

@ Karin! You're right!! For anyone who doesn't know her, they'd be like "Why in the world would you call that poor woman that name?!?" But I also think those 2 words together are just about the best sounding things!!!
Robyn - Thanks for the well wishes. It was certainly out of left field and threw us for a loop, but I am really lucky to have the parents I do. I barely even got the sentence "We need to come home" out before they both said "Absolutely!"
My stomach felt like a basket of butterflies, but after talking to them and getting all the mom & dad hugs I was sorely needing, I felt light years better!
