i've posted more about my doc appt in my journal but wanted to post my SO's SA results here too as i know not everyone reads the journals.

so these were the results:

volume ml - 1.1
viscosity - normal
PH - 7.9
WHO score 1 (rapid) % - 13.3
WHO score 2 (sluggish) % - 42.9
WHO score 3 (non-progressive) % - 5.9
WHO score 4 (non-motile) % - 37.9
total concentration M/ml - 40.40 (reference range >20M/ml)
Motile concentration M/ml - 25.09 (reference range >10M/ml)
Active concentration M/ml - 5.37 (reference range >5M/ml)

i've copied the above from a print out the doc kindly gave us and it does look pretty good having sat and read through it properly now. doc said this shouldnt be causing any issues for us anyway.

what do you ladies think? im not sure if they're comparable to what they test in the US??

those numbers look great, compared to my own husband's!

We had (average of the three...give or take)

Volume is usually always around 1.5 mil and should be >20 million, yes TWENTY...
Motility has improved, it was 31 on his first and went up to 66, should be >50
Morphology (shape) is where its awful. should be >15% and his is usually 0 - 2%...
Total CC is usually 5.1 for us and should be >20

Honestly, other than the volume (from what I can see above) all the other numbers look good!

yeah i wondered about the volume too, altho the doc said that if what is there is good (even if not a lot) then thats better than loads of not so good...which i guess makes sense

Those numbers look pretty good! I don't see morph on there though, that's where DH had his issue at 4%. But everything else looks good. And I know from DHs 2 SAs plus his 2, ahem, donations for our things, the volume can change dramatically sometimes from occasion to occasion.
