Hi, my name is Beth and I am addicted to OPK's. Seriously, three times a day the last 3 days and I had to really restrain myself from doing a 4th. I am obsessed with trying to figure out if the line is lighter, darker or the same as the control line! This is my first month TTC and I think I am going off the deep end. lol! I bought the cheapies from Amazon but my DH just ordered the digital bc I think he thinks that little smiley will keep my sanity. I honestly don't know how I will make it through the TWW. So, just an inside trader tip, invest in all OPK and HPT companies bc there is sure to be a spike in their value over the ext few months! lol

And just like that I got my positive OPK !

for your + OPK!

once you've got a cycle or 2 under your belt and you have an idea of when you tend to O, you won't have to do as many.

Now when it comes to HPT's... that's a different story. Some girls just can't kick the habit!!

I'm trying desperately to refrain from taking one. It's only CD9 for me and I hadn't planned on taking one until tomorrow. My temp took a sharp rise this morning though. I'm hoping that it's a fluke due to waking up an hour before the alarm went off though.

This made me laugh. I was so like this my first couple of cycles with them.. then I started to learn other signs that came along with the +'s so I was able to figure out a smaller window. This cycle my signs came super early and I got my + on CD's 11 and 12! I usually don't start them until cd 14. lol.

Agreed..do it for a while, get used to them, and you won't be such an addict. Now...HPTs...I can make no promises...
