Whines: I feel like I have a very sore over inflated balloon in my abdomen. That better mean I'm going to have a good O, and not a freaking cyst.

Wahoo: We got our van fixed today, so DH is one step closer to going back to work.

Whine: My body seems to reject anything that contains water but has some sort of flavoring (I do NOT like to drink plain water, so I add Crystal Light-type things to it to make it taste better). Instead of accepting it as a gift, it gives me diarrhea and gas.

Woohoo: I've gotten two donations toward my $250 Walk for a Cure goal. This is put on by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation every year, and I do the walk (3 miles) every year. Let me know if you'd like to contribute!

OUR STORY

Me: 40, DH: 44 (He has a 15-year-old from a previous marriage)
I'm a Type 1 diabetic (27 years and counting), and I've had gastric bypass (Dec, 2013 - currently 8 lbs away from goal weight)

TTC for roughly 2 years now with no hint of success.

Started with an RE on 7/23/2014 and so far:

SA came back with 44 million, 27.3% alive
Fibroids present, endometriosis suspected
HSG normal - both tubes open

Cycle 1: August, 2014 - Unsuccessful
CD 3 - 7: Clomid
CD 14: Post-Coital test (cervical cells look great, no sperm present)
CD 16: Ovulation
CD 21: Progesterone @ 12.0
CD 28: Ultrasound to check for evidence of O - present. Also determined fibroids are relatively small. Also the presence of endo is undetermined.

Cycle 2: September, 2014
CD 3 - 7: Clomid
CD 11: Ovidrel injection
CD 12: IUI with 7 million swimmers
CD 17: Progesterone tested @ 15.2
CD 25: Scheduled for PG test at RE's office (crossing fingers!)

I broke my toe walking around in my bathroom. I slammed my pinky toe into our shower's tile wall... right after BD in the middle of my fertile time and some awesome EWCM... this sucks.

I'm super scared to be trying WW, but I think it will be good. I made my first WW dinner tonight and it as really yummy, but I'm not sure how to figure out the points on it... we'll see!

Ashley - I'm not sure. Maybe. I have tried so many different things it's not even funny. And, I'm diabetic, so it's not like I have a choice but to drink them, or straight water I suppose it could just be coincidence, and something else is happening at the same time that I don't know about...

Bellabri (sorry, don't remember your first name) - on joining WW! I am also on it, but I go to weekly meetings. I haven't had much success on it and I've been doing it since late March, but I think my type 1 diabetes has a lot to do with that, and also I'm one of those people that eat when I'm bored. Soooooo... I hope you have great success!!!
