I had an interview today and they hired me on the spot (of course dependent on a background check and a drug screen, but both of those will be fine)! I start October the 9th.

And while I don't have all the details, I do know this place has a top of the line hmo benefits package for their employees. I don't know when I'll get it, but dang it I will get it!!!!

lol. Well I didn't expect to have to get one, part of the wooing it took to get me down here was DH saying I'd not have to work... but then I started looking at the reality of it once I got here... it's only temporary, once we have a kiddo I won't be returning until they go to school, and even then I'm trying to convince DH to let me home school lol.

But until then I'll take an extra 20ish grand in our pocket lol.

Convergys, it's a Call Center.

But now I've officially worked for most of the leading names in the Call Center industry in both Canada and the US. LOL

ugh.. i just realized how much my training will suck if this is our cycle. 3:15-11:45 pm M-f.... somehow I have to try not to puke, and not to fall asleep. I guess it's better that working 9-5 with it right?

(I'm trying to have some confidence that this is our cycle. lol)

Getting a new job is so exciting, even if you don't plan to keep it forever. I've worked for several call centers, as well, including an HMO insurance provider. I worked the late shift, but that was back when I wasn't even married or dating DH, so I didn't care about TTC.

GOOD LUCK with it all!!!!!!
