Breakfast: egg and cheese sandwich
Snack: apples
Lunch: szechuan shrimp and vegetables, applesauce
Snack: brocoli with low fat veggie dip and cantelope
Dinner: Leftover tuna noodle casserole (and for all of you ladies on ww, it's a ww recipe!)

Me (33)-LP on the short side, but no other abnormalities
DH (37)-slightly subfertile morphology and motility


Natural cycles-August 2011-July 2012
August 2012-October 2012 clomid and progesterone
November 2012-IUI
December 2012, cysts from IUI, on bcp

January 2013-February 2013, long protocol IVF
15 eggs retrieved, 11 mature, 7 fertilized with ICSI
All 7 made it to 5 day transfer, 2 were transferred
Only 1 frozen snowbaby
1st IVF


May 10, 2013, lap sx, Stage 1 endo

June 2013 - MA Round 2
Femara + hcg shot
IUI # 2


FET tentatively scheduled for 10/31/13

Have never seen a bfp.

I've not come across that one yet...do you have a link to a recipe on the WW website?


For me:

Breakfast - an apple
Lunch - salad (lettuce, tomato, boiled egg, bacon medallions and small bit of mozarella) :drool:
Tea - dunno yet, ill see whats in the cupboard downstairs

Breakfast: WW sausage, egg, and cheese rolls
Lunch: (Definitely NOT WW) gruyere grilled cheese and side salad
Dinner: Not sure, but probably a low-fat cheese enchilada (hubby's custom concoctions for his lovely wife on WW)

Breakfast: Vegemite on dark rye toast, black tea
Morning tea: Banana
Lunch: Toasted roll with avocado, tomato and swiss cheese and an orange
Afternoon tea: Pear and frangipane tart (I work next to this amazing bakery, and yesterday we decided to all put in and buy something yummy, and it was yummy) and an apple
Dinner: Pasta bake with ricotta, capsicum, pecorino and kalamata olives

We are grilling burgers tonight. Had free pizza for lunch at work for being named one of the top 10 workplaces.
