Hi ladies, I'm new to TTC group, mainly because after stopping birth control in 2009 I never restarted my period, until 8/31! I was so happy I cried. My docs told me my estrogen was too low and I failed to have period after mult progesterone challenges. I started doing acupuncture and reduced my stress and finally had a period!!

I immediately started using opks but my schedule at work (mix days, evenings, night) prohibits me from checking temp etc. Any suggestions or references that may be helpful given my schedule??

I can track my CM and opk but I don't know if its enough. For example I had positive opk 9/14 and don't think I ovulated. Still no AF as of today, cd 32. Think my body still trying figure out how to cycle.

Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated, oh and did take test today, bfn

Welcome!!!!!

I'm Ashley, my Dh and I are in our 11th cycle ttc with one loss this summer.

I'm a CM and opk charter. I'm not a consistent sleeper, so temping can be difficult, or impossible depending on what I'm doing. While I don't always pin my O as well as a temper would, it's usually only a single day in question.

Did you have any other signs of O around the opk? Eggwhite cm? Slippery cm? watery cm?

Thanks, that makes me feel better.Thank you for the reply! Re symptoms 2 days before positive had sig cramping. I didn't recall a lot of EWCM but I did write down in my "journal" 2 days after + opk I had occasional cramps and 3 days after I had thicker cm and worst migraine ever. Then the 4th/5th day later noted inc CM BUT I don't recall quality as this is first cycle tracking anything. Does any of that make sense?

Weird thing is CD 22-24 had a lot of CM out of nowhere even thought AF was coming! Felt like af. Could I have actually O then? Seems awfully late. I didn't make connection til later and no bding those days (
