Hey everyone! It's been a few months since I've been on here, but just wanted to give everyone an update on what's going on in our baby making journey. Still not pregnant ._. I have my suspicions it's somehow connected to my irregular period. Still, we've not been to a doctor about this yet. We've heard a lot of very positive things about Vitex Chasteberry. It's suppose to regulate your cycles and up your fertility. After some thought, we decided we'd give that a shot for a few months before moving on further.

Anyone else using this? Anyone know of anyone else who has used it?

I've used Vitex in Fertilitea. It makes me O earlier.. and the first cycle i had my chemical.. but I suspect that my issues are related to Progesterone, and it didn't make a difference in it. I didn't take it this cycle, and still O'd early (it seems to be residual for a cycle before it wears off).

Good luck with it! My cycles are "regular" I was taking it because I have a late O, and short LP.

Saw the title of this from the main board. I used Vitex for a few months. It seemed to help regulate my cycle, but I was also just done BFing and my cycles were a little crazy. I got prego but had a chemical pregnancy. I ended up stopping it. I've heard very mixed reviews about some brands. Some can really mess up your cycles. Vitanica seems to be a brand that is very reliable. It's recommended by a lot of NPs.
