So I am on day 18 and I have been using opk strips for a week without any surge at all. Isnt this a bit of a long time. This is my first time really tracking it with strips.

I routinely don't get my positive opk until cd 17. While it's later than average, you are probably just a late ovulater.

How long are your cycles usually?

Polypectomy - 08/21/14 Laproscopy - 12/05/2014
Him: MFI low count, low morphology, low motillity
Seeing MFI specialist/RE in 2015. Vitamins started August 2nd
Cycle 1: Clomid cd3-7 ~ bfn
Cycle 2: Clomid cd 3-7 ~ beta negative (< 3)
Cycle 3: Lap on cd 2 - Femara cd 3-7 - Testing Christmas Day

Sounds like you're just going to have a late O.

Are you taking 1 opk per day or two? If you're only taking one you could easily miss your surge.

Two. I was being impatient... surge as of this am cd 19. Im a late bloomer looks like.

Glad you got your surge, even if a little late. Its entirely possible it was delayed slightly due to stress of the holidays

I got mine really late this time around. Supposed to have Oed anywhere between the 9th, 10th or 11th and I finally Oed on Christmas morning!! So glad you finally did! Good luck doll!

Now its CD 22 today and everytime I cough or sneeze it feels like my right ovary is about to shoot out of my body. What the heck is this??
