Okay. I SHOULD be 14 dpo. I gauged ovulation by EWCM and positive OPK. So far all of my hpts has been negative. I was chatting about this with this woman I babysit for and she said "I think probably since its negative at this point then you probably aren't pregnant." She really vocalized what I have been feeling.

So the question is how long do I let this go? How long do I wait and wait and wait for my stupid, depressing, annoying period? When do I call my doc to beg something to end the longest cycle ever?

And why is this happening? Could I have pcos? I don't think I fit the bill. I even googled "lean pcos". There doesn't even seem to be a good answer about what causes pcos.

I HATE my body right now.

And I bet I'll have a lousy, heavy period right in the middle of my spring break. Curses.

Sorry for the whine fest. This could have something to do with the fact that I've been up since before 5 am working four jobs today. I tend to be emotional when I'm tired.

I'm really sorry, Sam. It can be such a struggle when our bodies don't cooperate. I hate wondering what is going on with mine. I am emotional when I am tired, too.

If AF doesn't show this weekend, and it's still a BFN, I'd call your DR and make an appointment. If anything, maybe they'll give you provera to jumpstart AF so you can start next cycle!

Wow, that's a really long time... I think a some point maybe you should talk to a doctor.

I did go about that long a few times in the last year, and I was testing 2 or three times a week for 3 weeks and all the BFNs were incredibly disheartening.... and when it finally did come it was like AF from hell. I feel your pain.

It's so good to have a community with whom I can share my frustrations.

I did call my doc this morning bc no AF yet. I'm going to request a pretty extensive blood work panel. I couldn't believe it but they have an opening for tomorrow morning.

Thats great that you were able to get into see the doc so soon! I'm sorry you even need to go in the first place though
