If Dh and I chose to move to nttc/ntnp.... would you mind horribly if I stuck around?

We haven't discussed it... but it's looking like a reality right now to ntnp for the rest of the year for financial reasons... I just hate the idea of feeling displaced on JM yet again .

We wont be discussing it until he comes home.. so I have a while to think it over and come up with plans and such... I just want to figure out if I should start hanging around wttc again or not.

I would be disappointed if you left us. There's totally a "NTNP" category on the daily stats. I really value you as a friend and as a a JM member. I hope you stick around on this board, regardless of if you all move to NTNP.

I think you should absolutely stick around. Why couldn't you? You are our friend, and I think the most important thing we all have in common is that we all WANT a baby, regardless of what method(s) we are using to achieve one.

Besides, if you had to leave, then so would I because I have no idea what category I'm in. I consider myself TTC, but I'm not keeping careful track of OPKs or charting or temping regularly.

i think it's fine - generally it's "self placement" here at JM as long as it's not ridiculous - i.e. you have three kids of your own or something - I'd be happy with you staying around

Don't go! *hehe, I am amused I got to use that smiley* But seriously, is anyone going to be like "Yeah, you should go"? You're too awesome, and we would miss you. Just in the short time I've been here I feel like I've gotten to know you a little bit, and I would definitely miss you and notice if you went away.

Don't even think about leaving! A lot of us have NTNP cycles due to medical or financial reasons, so there is no reason you should go...unless you wanted to and why would you want to do that!

DON'T GO! I think the only reason any of us should leave at this point is ONLY to go to a due date group.

And even then, in a perfect world, we'll all go together...

ROTFLMAO Ashley!!!!!!!!!! ha ha ha.

Thanks Ladies. I don't think it will be too hard for me. I've been on JM since 2008, watching everyone around me go on and have babies (some of them have had 3 or 4... no joke). I just wanted to make sure that it wouldn't be weird. We aren't very good at ntnp, I just think DH would feel better if I went back to telling him when I was Oing and giving him the chance to pull out if he wants. We realized last night with trying to balance my thyroid.. if we were to get knocked up right away... I might have to forgo a lot of prenatal care because we can't afford it (and I can't use gov't programs). I'm sure he'd find a way to afford it, but it's looking like we wont have the savings we were planning on.

In the meantime, I'm gonna spend some of my downtime working harder on my points sites... you dont' realize just how much a $5 amazon card a week helps until you need to order a $90 bottle of vitamins every 2m... $40 off is a huge help!
