So last month (my first month charting everything), I had positive OPK's on CD 16 and 17. FF confirmed ovulation on CD 18. Plus I had O pains, watery CM, increased sex-drive, and a nice temp dip then increase.

Today is CD 17. No positive OPK's. Some (and very little, but it was there...) EWCM, no O pains, not really any drastic increase in sex-drive, and my temps have been all. over. the. place. (Issues for another day, though...)

Since it IS only month 5 off BC, should I worry, or could my body still be adjusting? I'm just worried because my entire cycle length has been consistent. I just have a feeling I'm either NOT going to O or if I am, my LP is going to be mega short, OR my cycle will be longer this month.

Reba said it best the other day.... why can't our bodies just send us a text????

I'm sorry that you are frustrated. I feel the same way. It just seems like the whole TTC process can be so confusing.

I'm still waiting for my text message.

I've had a couple of longer cycles over the last year. Usually, it seems to be that it happens later, but once it does, my LP is normal length. Good luck!

I wouldn't worry, its not uncommon to have the odd annovulatory cycle. Pkus its still early at cd17, you could just be oing late this monyh. You should still have the same length lp regardless of when you o. Hang in there hun

I agree with Jen and Jess - I don't think it is anything to worry about. It is very possible that you are just going to O late and have a longer cycle this round. Lots of things can play into when you O like stress or anxiousness. I don't think it is uncommon to have the occasional longer cycle even when you are normally regular. I will keep my Fx that you do O soon and you catch that eggie!!!

Hm. It might be a good idea to set up a consult with your GYN. I'm a big fan of getting a trail of paperwork started.

I'm with Jen. I think you're still on track to O, just a wee bit late. I wouldn't stress over it.

I'm going to try to not stress about it, although I've been OPK'ing every time I've peed today... man I'm going through those things fast!!! (And they're still pretty darn negative!)

If I haven't had any signs of O by Monday, I'll try to make an appointment. I'm just worried that the doctor won't do anything since pre-BC and thus far post-BC, I've had regular cycles and we've only been off the pill for 5 cycles and only TTC for 2. I really don't want to pay a co-pay to have her say "Oh just be patient, relax, and keep trying -- come back in 10 months if you're not pregnant yet!" Ya know???
