I've had the worst heartburn of my life today. all day, from the moment I woke up. Does anyone know if this could remotely be related to the fact im 10DPO today? I added it to FF but it said that only 3.9% of people experience heartburn at this point in their cycle (or something along those lines) so it doesnt seem to be an awfully common IPS.

Thoughts/ comments? (any lurking grads your input would be welcome!)

Do you ever get heartburn? What kinds of things did you eat yesterday?

Just wondering if we can attribute it to anything else...?

I've been playing that game in my head today too! I do get heartburn from time to time, always after eating or drinking something with lime. I've not found anything else that consistently causes it. Yesterday, no lime. I did eat late last night, but again thats not uncommon for me. I had quorn sausages, potatoes and veg for tea, lunch I had a ham sandwich and breakfast cereal. Nothing fancy or interesting....
