Dont get me wrong, I'm happy to be Oing and on time but urgh I've had some crazy cramping around my left ovary this evening. For about 2 hours Its not been this noticable in a few cycles, I hope its nothing bad. It's mostly gone now but still tender

Oh and typical that DF works late tonight, usually he doesnt get in till 2am and just sneaks to bed without waking me. I called him earlier and told him to wake me up for some BDing. I'll just have to cope with being tired tomorrow
AshleyO and Boolajoojoo like this.

I'm not sure that I've ever felt an O pain. How can you tell it is an O pain and not a cramp? I'm curious what they feel like.

Reba, I know for me personally.. cramps are dead center in the middle of my abdomen, just above my pelvic bone. Ovulation/ovary pain is to one side or the other. For me, it actually makes my hip hurt lol.

I'm sorry your'e uncomfy Jen!! hopefully that means a nice ripe eggie!

He did wake me up as ordered Luckily he was home early (midnight) so it wasnt toooo late.

The O pain has gone today. Reba - Its similar to how Ashley described, cramps are lower down and more dull ache like pain. O pains are higher and on either side around my hips. They can be quite sharp pains too, almost like theres a bruise someone is pressing on - difficult to describe to be honest!

Until I just read your post I never even considered that my hip pain from a few days ago could be related to O pains!!!!! I am sure that was it. I had some cramping on the left and some hip pains especially on the stairs. . . and it turned out I Od that day. You would think I would have put that together!!!!

Jen - glad DH wasnt out too late!!!!!
