1. Spray or roll on deodorant: Roll on, but I'm thinking about switching to spray.
2. Manicure or pedicure: Manicure. I have acrylic nails and I go to the salon to get them filled and re-painted every 2 weeks. I'm thinking about starting to get pedicures, though, because I'm not very good at doing my own.
3. Hairspray or mousse: I don't really use either. I don't like the crunchy feel of hair spray and my hair is thick enough that I don't need the volume from mousse. I use leave in conditioner and occasionally an anti-frizz spray.

1. Spray or roll on deodorant: Roll on definitely
2. Manicure or pedicure: Manicure!
3. Hairspray or mousse: Hair spray. I can't seem to distribute mousse evenly through my hair and a patch will always look greasy!

1. Spray or roll on deodorant: Definitely Roll on. When you do as much cardio as I do, I couldn't imagine the spray kind working!

2. Manicure or pedicure: If you absolutely make me choose.... than I would choose a Pedi. Love the feeling, massage and the lotion!

3. Hairspray or mousse: Hairspray, mousse doesn't seem to like my hair!

1. I prefer roll on but choices are limited here. I like the clinical strength and it's extra expensive. So for the time being I've been using spray most days and roll on for work.

2.Pedicure. That feeling!

3.Hairspray although I think I might benefit more from mousse. I'm going to pick some up next time I go to the store.
