I've been obsessive lately with my charting, because this is the first month I've actually charted my CP, CM, & BBT...I normally only chart my BBT, it's amazing how well you get to know your body once you start charting everything.

I used to have regular cycles and the past few months they have been ranging from 23 to 32 days. I've tried to upload my chart from FF even using Elle's instructions but I can't get it to work right

Here's the run down

CD13= +OPK, Temp Dip 97.56, High Soft Cervix, Sticky CM, BD,
CD14= Temp Rise to 98.02, High Soft Cervix, EWCM, BD
CD15= Temp Rise to 98.27, Med Soft Cervix, EWCM, BD, Low Abdominal Pain, & Left Pinching Pain
CD16= Temp 98.21, Med Soft Cervix, EWCM, BD, Abdominal Pain
CD17= Temp 98.5, Med Soft Cervix, CCM (only a little), Slight Abdominal Pain

Fertility Friend says I'm 4DPO

Here's my question I've research and have heard otger ladies say that after you get a +OPK your body will release the egg in 12-36hrs and I've also heard that when you get the dip in your BBT tha'ts when you had your O and then you see a rise the next day.

On CD15 I had tons and tons of low abdominal pain and left pinching pain....So did my egg release on CD 13 or 15...I'm sorry this is so long I'm just having a hard time.

All that is a little confusing

I am going to throw out another option I remember you had a question about CD14 (you took 2 temps) if you did use the first low temp it moves O to CD14 so thats about 12-24 hours after your positive opk and is followed by a temp rise. So maybe you actually Od on cd14?

I know that isn't super helpful since I just threw out another option and it doesn't explain the CD15 pinching. . . But I think it is another possibility.

it is hard not to obsess during the TWW. I am keeping my Fx for you!!!!!!!

It's really hard to say! The temps make me thin probably day 13, but the OPK indicates 14 or 15.... and the EWCM also make me think 14 or 15...

If it did happen on CD 13 I have this idea in my head that you might feel pain after ovulation because that egg has to break through the follicle... so maybe it was like super explode-y (technical term and pseudo science) and made you feel a little achey or pinchey afterwards?

Aaaaanyhow!!! It looks like you have your bases covered in the BDing department for either scenario so I hope you aren't stressing over it too much! You've done pretty much all you can do at this point!

Fingers crossed for you!

I would be tempted to say CD13 or CD14, but either way i'm pretty sure you've ovulated given the sustained temp shift. As the other's have said, you've covered your bases pretty well either way. I hope you caught that eggie!

I'm sorry that keeping track of everything can be so confusing. I hope you caught that egg and get your BFP!
