Thank you! I ovulated one week after starting to take Vitex, and got my period 11 days after that. So I'm not sure if it was the Vitex, or if my near 100 day cycle was bound to end at some point. Either way, all is well!

Him: MFI low count, low morphology, low motillity
Seeing MFI specialist/RE in 2015. Vitamins started August 2nd
Cycle 1: Clomid cd3-7 ~ bfn
Cycle 2: Clomid cd 3-7 ~ beta negative (< 3)
Cycle 3: Lap on cd 2 - Femara cd 3-7 - Testing Christmas Day

Oh yes I've continued to take it, 400mg 2x a day. I have my annual exam w/ my ob/gyn on 7/16 so I plan on letting him know that I've been taking it. I certainly don't want to stop cold turkey -- I like your advice on that, Ashley (in the other post by Mino or whoever that person was).

I can't find my tea maker... so I've yet to drink any in days. Way to take my own advice huh? But I do have the progesterone cream to make up for it. LOL. I'd totally pay extra for the fertilitea done in tea bags if they'd make it. LOL
