Sigh.

Looks like I might have a UTI. I mentioned in my journal, but last weekend I had a yeast infection. I'm fairly frustrated by this, although according to Dr. Google, we can continue BDing with the UTI at least. I'm going to call into my doctor and see what they can do for a prescription or if I need to go in.

I also have a cold sore and just in general don't feel great. I think it's my reaction to being done with school - my immune system is like, sorry, hate you now!

Which is lame. I had a lot of hope for this cycle and I feel like all that's happening is that I'm just going to be slightly ill for the whole time.

And I still have to get up the nerve to call my OB to get the referral to the RE. Sigh. I'm just frustrated at the moment!!

Sorry Jess, I thought the same about you being sick when you mentioned the yeast infection. Your probably just tired and exhausted and your body just cant heal itsel properly at the moment. Lots of sleep, vitamin C and something from the doc for the UTI should help you feel a tonne better.

Jessica, I always get sick at the end of the semester. We put our bodies through a lot of stress during finals. I had seen your joural entry about the yeast infection. Big, fat, UGH. I'm sorry you're facing a UTI now. Those are soooo painful.

I hate UTI's. I hope the Dr is able to call you in a prescription w/o having an appointment!

I also know exactly how it feels to have your immune system go "Okay, you made me suffer, so now watch out!" and then throw a million things at you. It's horrible.

Rest as much as you can, take it easy. Drink some cranberry juice.

omg, it was so difficult to find cranberry juice that had actual cranberries in it. mostly it was "cranberry cocktail" But we found it - and I'm drinking a lot of it! Seems to be helping - but it could just be in my head

Thanks for the encouragement. I really needed it.

Have you bought any of the OTC pain relieving pills for UTIs that turns your pee orange? That stuff is the greatest. I hope the infection resolves itself ASAP

I hope that the water and cranberry juice will do the trick! Those things are just the worst. I hope you don't feel too bad to get the BD taken care of.
