Morning ladies

What did you have / are you having for breakfast this morning?

Whats on the menu for the rest of today?

Whats your favourite birthday meal? - something that, given the choice of ANYTHING you would choose on your birthday!

As we had split appts at the clinic we went out for breakfast which is something we never do. It was a continental breakfast so cereal, toast, coissants (?sp), fruit and muffins - yummy!

Not sure i'll need lunch after having a bigger than usual breakfast and currently undecided on tea. Its tuesday so as per usual i'm eating alone as DF works late

My birthday meal would be a combination of things - a thai starter with yummy spring rolls or spicy chicken, then a chicken and mushroom rissotto with lots of garlic, then jam roly poly for dessert. Accompanied by a cosmopolitan cocktail

Sorry ladies, I'm so boring, here's what I had/will have today.

Breakfast: egg sandwich, apple

Lunch: Ham and roast beef sandwich, baby carrots, imitation cutie (Elle our grocery store ran out of imitation cuties, so I had to buy oranges. )

Snack: banana

Dinner: Chicken burito, salad with lite raspberry viniagrette dressing

Snack: cereal

Birthday dinner: Hmmm, I usally go out to a new restaurant for my birthday. My birthday dessert is almost always strawberry cake with strawberry icing! It's so yummy!

Oh and I would have moscato to drink with my cake!

Where have all the cuties gone???

Breakfast: wheat waffle (DH made more)

Lunch: Left over chicken & veggie pasta that I made last night

Snack: mixed nuts

Dinner: Going shopping with a friend tonight so I am not sure what we will do

Birthday dinner: I love to go out to Tapas restaurants for my birthday and try like 10 different plates (like fried goat cheese, croquetas, plantains, patatas bravas) honestly I cant even remember most of my favorite tapas but I just love all the different flavors and they go great with some Sangria!! And obviously a desert - pretty much anything chocolate!!

Well I need to go to the grocery store desperately... so here is my food for today.

Breakfast: Jell-O chocolate pudding cup (hey it has calcium!)
Lunch: Half a PB&J, pickle spear, baked chips
Dinner: Chili-mac

Well my birthday is a week from today so I have been trying to decide on this very question. I love, love, love pizza and DH doesn't very much so we don't eat it often. So maybe that! With stuffed crust and tons of mushrooms and that garlic sauce from Papa Johns. (Quit judging... I can see it in your eyes... ) I also love steak! Ok I just love food so let me just stop there.

For a drink? Moscato wine for sure.

Dessert? A nice light lemon cake maybe. Once again I just love food so it's sooo difficult to decide!

Breakfast: cherry vanilla yogurt (DH & I FINALLY found LITE cherry vanilla (90 calories as opposed to 100000... score!), cereal

Lunch: little bit of mac n cheese (DH didn't add enough milk so I didnt like the texture and barely touched it... I'm mega picky), hot dog, orange

Snack: grapes, homemade humus w/ carrots and celery

Dinner: Grilled Filet Mignon, salad w/ light Italian vinaigrette, sauteed green beans

Anniversary Dessert: Key Lime Pie!!! (totally splurging on WW points for this!)

My perfect birthday dinner: anywhere I can be with family or friends that has a good chicken fried steak, potatoes, and gravy. For dessert, something ooey gooey chocolatey. To drink: sangria

No Breakfast yet. Looking like fruit and yogurt.

Not sure what I'm going to have later... I don't really plan my meals. Maybe I could have my chicken fettuchini... wonder if my broccoli is rotten....

Birthday meal? Hmmm... prolly TGI fridays

Oh!!! Story time!

DH & I went shopping yesterday. We were in Target's food section and I said, "Hey... do you see any cuties?" and then went on to tell him about how it seems there are no cuties or even imitation cuties to be found.

He starts laughing at me and says, "Why are you whispering like this is a matter of national security? Is there some sort of secret plot to hide all the cuties???"

Apparently, I had lowered my voice into the "here's the situation..." tone and it was pretty humorous. But, all joking aside... where are the cuties?!?!
