It was so nice to finally see a temp other than 97.7 or 97.6 (i had a 98.0 on Sunday, but that was me temping 2.5 hours later than normal and having had several beers the night before = discard!)

What do you do on the weekends if you sleep in an extra hour or more? Just subtract back to your regular temping time?

FX that temps keep going up.

Have a lovely weekend all

Woohooo some higher temps!!

I still set an alarm everyday and wake up to temp and then go back to sleep. The subtracting method does not work for everyone.

I always adjusted, either early or late, But I always set an alarm on the weekend to temp anyway. Used to drive DH insane because that would be his sleep in time. LOL

I'll just set it and fall back to sleep, good call. I'd rather be accurate anyway.

If i'm being strict with temping and its post O - i'd set an alarm and go back to sleep. If i'm not too bothered or its pre-O, i'd just not temp that day....but I have been doing it a while now so im less bothered about having gappy or wonky charts lol!
