??

The pharmacist when I bought mine told me I only needed B6 for what I wanted. I still have a TONNE of them left, so I'm hesitant to go buy something different... but I've seen some of you mention you take B Vitmain Complexes.. and some of you've been to RE's.. so.

What do you take
Why do you take that specific item
What is is supposed to do.

I have been wondering something similar myself. I recently read that Vitamin B6 can help to lengthen the luteal phase but I have never heard any other types mentioned. For now the only vitamins I am taking are my prescription prenatals. I would love a run down of what everyone else is taking!

I take whatever is in my prenatal lol! I think Nicholle is liklely to be the best lady to answer this questin - I know she takes a complex B vit for luteal phase and I'm pretty sure there's a reason to take b12 as well as b6 but i cant for the life of me remember what it is right now!

i'll pop back if it comes to me!

There's a bunch of B vitamin's in my prenatal, but the pharmacist told me to take the extra B6 for LPD (which thanks to my thyroid meds I think I technically no longer have since I've moved to 11/12 days vs 8/9/10.

But I'm not quite ready to give up the B6 LOL. I think maybe we need one of them to be able to take up the Folic?

The brand I have is Sundown Naturals B100 Complex. I had one 11 Day LP when I first started taking it. Then the next one was short again but I may not have been as religious about taking them every day like I was the first cycle, this is only my third cycle taking it. :\

I dunno if all those other vitamins are necessary but they can't hurt (Can they?) And they supposedly boost metabolism.

Each pill has 100 mg each of: B1, B2, Niacin, B6, B 12, and Pantothenic Acid. As an added bonus it has 400 MCG of folic acid.

I take 150-200mg of B6 vitamins daily along with a B complex to increase my LP. It has extended my LP. I now mainly take them for increased energy as my LP issue is being helped by ovidrel shots.
