Just curious. I picked up a bottle, but I'm going to hold onto it for "next cycle" and/or before delivery since I hear it can cause late ovulation.. and I don't have enough wiggle room this month for a late O. LOL.

I always take it and for the cycles I've watched, I've always ovulated right on day 14. However, I never checked O dates before taking EPO, so I couldn't tell you if it helped or not. Sigh.

I am seeing a lot of conflicting stuff on it. Some places say not to take it after Ovulation since it causes the uterus to contract slightly which might affect implantation....

Me thinks I should have read up on it before I bought it. LOL

Yes, I only take it from day one to fourteen because I had heard that too. However, the one cycle when I did take it the whole cycle I had a much heavier AF, so I'm wondering if, in my case, it would be better to take it the whole cycle through.

I have read you should take EPO through O and then switch to flax seed oil from O - AF. I was thinking about giving that a go this cycle but I read so much I confused myself and never bought anything. So if no BFP this month I may try to do the EPO + Flax seed oil next cycle.

Evening Primrose Oil.

a lot of women start taking it vaginally after 37 weeks because it supposedly can help kickstart things (usually takes a few weeks to work, so starting at "term" seems to result in 39-40 week babies)

Yep I do, I take it from cd1 to O - mainly for CM. I found I get alot more watery /EWCM when I take it. I dont take it post O though as I read ita not good for implementation

I paid less than 7 bucks for a bottle of it yesterday at Target. It's 25 days worth (1000mg 3x a day with food).

If this isn't our cycle I will start it cd 1, if it is our cycle, I'll start it at 38+ weeks (I want a 40+ weeker LOL.. or I say that now )

Yeah you should be able to get it from most stores / pharmacies. I know alot of older women (like my mum and aunts) take it to help ease side effects of 'the change' (just another random piece of info there!)
