Good morning, ladies! My temps for this month are far lower than my past months of temping. The difference is over half a degree. Anyone know why this could be? Is it a problem? Should I be worried?

Did anything in your environment change? Maybe sleeping with a lighter blanket or turning the AC down cooler as it gets hotter out? I have noticed my temps are lower this month too! Any of these things can make your temperature change but overall it doesn't really matter. What you are really looking for is trends in your charts so your cover-line temp may shift from month to month but as long as you are seeing that temp shift at O time then you are good to go!

I also noticed your thermometer only measures to the 0.0 that can make a difference in accuracy as well. I used to temp with a thermometer like that and have really liked my BBT that measures to the 0.00 much more.

Looks like you Od on the 15th to me! One more day of a high temp and it should be confirmed on FF.

Fx for you!!!!

Really no worries. As I lost weight through my ttc journey, my temps would lower. When I was ttcmaing, my temps would be higher. So many variables....

So many things affect your temperature.. but Elle nailed it

Mine are naturally low.... high 96's low 97's cause of my thyroid disorder.. you should see what happens if I sleep with my mouth open or get cold before I temp

Thanks for the info, ladies! For about the past week I have been very firmly back on weight watchers. I have also been a lot less stressed this month (the past few months I was finishing up my masters, taking minimesters and major exams). I was worried this morning but after those responses, I'm not worried anymore!!

I have thought about getting an actual BBT thermometer but since I have been so easily able to pinpoint O, I didn't worry about it. If I get one, which would y'all suggest? It can't be one that beeps throughout the entire thing because I think DH would totally freak out!

Thanks again for keeping me sane!

the advice already given. I have a BBT off Amazon (uk) and it just beeps when itsz finished, which is useful because ive normally dozed off by then and it wakes me up!

Thank you Vicki for my amazing siggie!

I use the CVS brand BBT. It also beeps once when it is done. It isnt the fastest thermometer out there and I wish the screen lit up but it stores the most recent temp in memory which is awesome for temping and going back to sleep. It has done me well so far!

Thank you *Kiliki* for the amazing siggy!!
