How's everyone doing with their fitness?

I'm totally failing... I've been so busy and so sore. But I did get a weight victory this morning I'm down 2lbs from my last lowest weigh in. just 4lbs to go until I've lost 10% of my starting body weight!

I did buy some bottles of water today to help with getting in what I need. I'm having issues with my tap filter so DH needs to check it for me. I'll be aiming for 2.6lbs gone by Next Friday

I did no walking or running....my allergies were terrible today and I took benedryl so I was like brain dead all day and just so bllahhh........however I always drink lots of water.......

I drink tons of water everyday at work and get a little work out in at work. Being a nurse I'm on my feet all day walking up and down the halls.
But today I stepped it up a notch. Dh just brought me home my treadmill. Super excited. Need to lose 30 lbs to reach my goal weight.
I'm ready.

Eating is good, exercise is about 75% there, water isn't great. I feel nuts because that's the easiest part! I've lost about 4 pounds since I started working at it, 3 weeks ago. 11 more to go!

I was totally bad last week (my "new week" just started on Wed. cause that is how my weight watchers account is set up). So far this week I have worked out twice and they were both super hard classes at the gym. I have been doing pretty well drinking my water. Eating has just been so-so but I am definitely still within my point range.

Hoping to stick with it!!
