Water goal: 2/3 the oz figured out in the formula above
Food goal: 1400-1600 calories
option 1: 10reps x 4 sets pushups (modified: 5reps x 8 sets)
option 2: 10reps x 4 sets horizontal dumbbell chest press
AND 60 squats (break these up as needed
AND 15 minutes Cardio
I haven't done anything so far except cardio (and even that's a bit of a lie.. I shopped for 3 hours... I must have gotten in 15 min worth of moving around ) , but I do plan on doing the weights soon as I find my brace
