I've done 15 and omg... feeeeeeeeeeeeeeel the burn!
Due to storms I'm skipping my walk and I don't have the space for in house cardio right now... so I'm doing another day of body weight/weight exercises from Mommy weight loss and fitness.
This is their challenge for today:
2 sets of 10 – squats
2 sets of 10- alternating forward lunges (See link here: Bodyweight Alternating Forward Lunge - YouTube)
2 sets of 10 – sumo (or plie) squats (see link here: Body Weight Sumo Squat - YouTube)
2 sets of 10 alternating reverse lunges (see link here: Bodyweight Alternating Reverse Lunges - YouTube)
2 sets of 15 calf raises
since I can't do the bottom 2 exercises due to my foot.. I'm doing more of the others. I'm aiming for 60+ of the two types of squats and the 20 alternating lunges (they hurt, so I'm not going to push it).
And then I'm going to redo yesterday's arm workout from our challenge.

Him: MFI low count, low morphology, low motility Vitamins started August 2nd.
Yesterday I ate very well and I went to my 60 minute weight training class. I love it! it is so much fun! We basically work with a barbell the whole time and we cover every muscle group in that time. It goes to really fun music and is a pretty strenuous routine. I am hoping to get DH into going to the gym. Lots of guys go to the classes so that shouldn't be an issue!
