Well since the last test I posted, I have not tested again. (Too scared)
So yesterday after work I picked up my prescription of progesterone, which I have to insert two 200mg capsules vaginally a night. The nurse told me it may cause some spotting which is ok, as long as its not bright red or heavy like a period.
Well this morning I went to the loo and definitely started spotting, (mind you I haven't spotted since the 5th when AF was due) I know the nurse told me this could happen but it still really scared me. Soo much I laid back in bed and cried. It's been about 7 hrs since I first noticed spotting and I'm still spotting. It's only when I wipe and I'm not sure if its getting any heavier. I'm so scared and feel so dumb because I caved and told my parents.
I'm to the point where if its going to happen there's nothing I can do. Just let it be. My hopefulness is starting to slip away.

I am so sorry you are going through this. I know any amount of bleeding when pregnant is super scary but some spotting in early pregnancy really is normal. Telling your parents could be a good thing now they can be there for you no matter what happens. I know it is so hard but try your best to stay cautiously optimistic. If you are still really worried put in a call to your doc and let them reassure you as well. Take it easy, drink lots of fluids, and I will be keeping you in my thoughts. Sending some extra sticky dust your way. Hang in there hun.

Thanks Elle.
I just called my drs office because the spotting turned from pink to red. All I got from the nurse is to take it easy, drink lots of water, and if I start bleeding like a period go to the ER. My appt with the nurse practitioner is Monday and she scheduled me an ultrasound on Wednesday.
I have been laying down all day, but still worried, and haven't had much fluids.

The sad thing is I can't picture myself with a baby, so I really think its going to be another loss. :'(

aww sweetie I'm sorry.

Progesterone suppositories can aggravate your cervix and make you bleed or spot. Kinda heart wrenching when you're taking them to prevent a miscarriage after spotting right?

Take it easy, lots of fluids and distract yourself.

I look at progesterone like this. If you're going to miscarry, you're going to msicarry anyway. But it gives women who have otherwise healthy embryo's but something wrong with themselves... a chance at keeping the pregnancy long enough to let the body figure it out.

Sending some calming vibes your way, sweety!! Try to relax and think good things. I know it is very scary.....bleeding or spotting doesn't seem normal. But listen to your doctors, they are here to help.

Good morning ladies
I had a lay in another board make me feel so much better letting me know her experience. She said to spot/bleed some in the beginning is normal. She bled very heavy for the first 12wks and her baby was fine. This gave me my hope back. I love all you ladies here. If it wasn't for all of you I would of gave up a long time ago.
I will be going to another dr today later this morning to confirm my pregnancy and apply for emergency insurance since my work Insurance is screwed up right now and each ultrasound would cost me $200 up front. Hope all goes well. I still plan on staying with my awesome dr if she takes this insurance. I love her, just couldn't afford it right now.
