I know there was a discussion on here before about taking vitamin B6 to make your LP longer. Anyone know how much I should take? I know they come in 50mg and 100mg but I also know that their is B6 in daily vitamins and pre-natal. What do you guys think?

I take 100mg at night with the rest of my meds. however.. I'm switching to P5P since I've noticed more improvement with the more natural versions of meds, than the chemical versions (I also take extra folate instead of folic acid, and bio identical coq10 instead of regular q10). I was told 50mg of P5P should work as effectively or more so than the 100mg B6).

Thanks Ashley. I bought 100mg of the vitamin B6 so I'll start taking that and look into the P5P. I would actually prefer more natural vitamins as well since I'm trying to kick processed stuff.
