AF is three days late so far, and not really showing any signs of coming. I had a lap in the middle of February, ovulated as normal, and my period came without any spotting on CD28. The lap found mild endo, which our RE thinks was causing my spotting around CD24 or 25 every month. So it was great news that I didn't spot before and it was a normal cycle.
However, AF still hasn't shown up this cycle. I usually ovulate around CD14. This cycle I only used OPKs and didn't get a positive until CD18, and had positives CD19 and 20, too. DH and I DTD around my usual ovulation, and remained consistent right through my positive OPKs and after.
CD25 I started getting some strange cramping, but I thought it was just AF coming and maybe still healing from the lap since they didn't really feel like the period cramps I was used to. I have this cautious optimistic hope that I'm finally pregnant, but I still have a huge amount of doubt. Adding to that was the big stark BFN that I got this morning.
I called my RE and I have to call Monday morning if AF still hasn't shown and they'll do some lab work. AF is NEVER late. The most late it's ever been is a day and it was once.
Has anyone had this after a lap? Or with later than normal ovulation? Or maybe come Monday I'll get the BFP? I'm waiting to start our first cycle of Follistim injections and I of course would be over the moon about a BFP before starting that next step, but now I'm afraid I have a new issue. Thanks ladies
