Hi everyone,

I went off the pill mid-August 2013, and I had completely regular cycles through January, when we started TTC. Now my cycles are completely out of whack. 31 days to 53 days. I'm at 37 days right now with no AF and a BFN this morning. I don't even think I ovulated this month. I had a business trip a few weeks ago that majorly stressed me out, so I think that messed me up. My doctor was also messing with my anxiety meds, and that didn't help. And I've been really stressed about TTC. I'm going to call my OB/Gyn on Monday to set up an appointment to talk about this. I'm worried and scared and really sad. I feel like I'm never going to get my BFP. If I'm always going to be stressed about it, how can it possibly happen? I wanted to be a mom under 30, and now I'm approaching 31. After I gave myself pseudocyesis in February, I forced myself to calm down about TTC. The next month my cycle was regular. Now we're back to irregular cycles again. It's so depressing, and I'm just devastated over my BFN this morning.

Has this happened to anyone else? How is everyone getting through constant BFNs?

stress during the pre-o phase can certainly delay ovulation. My cycles were regular, then got short, then started to go long and then I was diagnosed with PCOS.
