Do any of you have a good exercise routine for women TTC??? or know where I can find one?

I have been wondering the same thing.

I currently just do the elliptical machine and walk on the treadmill on hills. Its a great workout for me. And that way I can continue the walking when I do get pregnant.

I walk around the block (4km = 1 hour) a few times a week and do some water areobics.

11/17/10 - 2nd IUI w/femara,HCG- BFN

2/3/11 - 4th IUI w/femara,HCG- ...

Here is my exercise routine,

Monday, Wednesday, Friday-
45 minute ab workout; crunches, sit-ups, flutter kicks, rocky sit ups, aerobic ball sits, negatives, Jane Fonda's

20 minute arms; Muscle failure push ups, dips, pyramids, weights

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday-
30 minute cardio; Running, Cross trainer or bike
20 Minute Legs; Weights, Lunges, Resistance
45 minute ab workout; crunches, sit-ups, flutter kicks, rocky sit ups, aerobic ball sits, negatives, Jane Fonda's
