So DH and I have been really crazy with both of us working crazy hrs at work and now DH just got sent to Erie, PA at the last minute today, and he's going to be gone for till at least Saturday!!! So I guess I'm not going to be getting my BFP this month!!!

I'm in the same boat ... CD 23 and no O yet. I know my cycles are "long" but I usually O around CD 18-20 and have a 16-day LP. Based on my symptoms and chart I know I haven't O'd yet. There's no way. I think, because of a little spotting and the tiny dip on CD 13, that my body already tried to O once (also weird) but it just didn't happen.

I don't know ... my hormones must just be totally wacko this cycle. This has never happened before.

I have a feeling I won't be getting a BFP either, and every day that goes by I keep thinking "okay ... even longer before I can even think about testing!". This is tiring.

I was happy when I read your post too! It's just too weird ... I want to say that I THINK maybe I O'd yesterday ... but I thought the same thing about CD 13. So if I say it I'll jinx myself AND we were starting to get burned out from BDing every fertile CM day. So we wouldn't really have been well "covered" for yesterday. Ahhhhh! This is just frustrating.

You know, since I have joined JM I have read a few stories of women getting pg when they least expected it. Like at the end of AF they DTD and wammo..pg! Don't give up hope. You guys are always so optimistic and supportive with everyone here...so save some for yourself. I hope you both get BFPs super soon.

Ditto! Don't give up yet Melissa, if you are late at O, you still may catch it after Saturday!
Acadia, I was searching pg charts on FF the other day and I found several that were VERY late O dates, into the 30s and a few 40s...don't give up yet!

Hi Mel/Acadia,

You are right, this gets very confusing sometimes. My body tried to ovulate 2 times before in this cycle and DIDN'T! This is the third time when the eggie was finally out(I hope the temp stays up and confirm ovulation)!

In my case , I start feeling slight PMS symptoms before O , And then I slow down physically ... And the Ovulation process stops! We have noticed that if I stay very active, The O is at right time (14th to 16th day).Otherwise , it keeps confusing us.STRESS plays a BIG part.

But you know that HOPE is the biggest and Most Important word here.So good luck to you and keep your hopes up!

Cheers!
