Okay, I am really freaking out here....I was sitting with DH on the couch a little while ago and all the sudden my shirt where my left boob was started kind of feeling a little bit damp....so I lifted up my shirt and there was a tiny bit of white liquid coming out of my left boob.....NEVER has happened to me before....EVER! So I wiped it away and squeezed and more came out! DH was sitting right there and he almost fainted. lol We are ttc #1 and I am about 6dpo right now.....I would think it would be way too early for my boobs to be leaking, but what could have caused it? or could it be a pregnancy sign? Like I said I have NEVER had this happen before ever, and it's just the left boob......what do you all think? I'm kinda freaking out here! Thanks

I have heard it can be a sign (although a rare one), but it is something you do want to watch as breast leakage can be a sign of an infection. Good luck and lots of baby dust.

Thanks for your reply! I don't think it's an infection because it doesn't hurt and it's doesn't look like puss or have a strange color or odor. It's just a whitish liquid....dh says it looks like breast milk

Just thought I would let you all know that my mom talked to her friend today that works for an obgyn and she said that it is nothing to be worried about. She said that unless the fluid is green or yellow that I am okay. She said that it could just be caused by a hormonal imbalance due to either getting off the pill, being pregnant, or just your hormones being out of wack for some reason. She said that some women will associate leaking breasts with pregnancy, but she said it is not a "sign" of pregnancy, but rather a "sign" of a hormonal imbalance possibly cause by pregnancy.....I thought that was interesting. I'm hoping that it is happening because I am pregnant, but I won't find out for a couple more weeks, so we'll just wait and see =o)
