I see that a lot of women are taking a lot of different kinds of supplements when they are TTC. Other than prenatals is there really any benefit to all these other things? Should I be taking folic acid in addition to my prenatal? Also, What's the point of taking Vitamin B6 when TTC?
I think if you are taking a pre-natal, you should have enough folic acid without having to worry about an additional supplement. I have heard B6 being used by some before ovulation to bring O up sooner and used by others after O to lengthen their LP.
