Well ladies just to warn you all this is pretty long! But im so excited, nervous and scared at the same time that i had to share with you i needed to tell someone!
Well my appt was at 8 this morning and the doctor met with both of us, well some of the good news first my DH's sperm is like Super Sperm! The guy was like in shock of the numbers, almost all the sperm were good and he had a high number and everything
so that was great! Well now on to some of the bad, my left f-tube is semi-blocked and swollen and and short, the dye did not pass well thru it, i also dont have the tube shaped well, it short and swollen/fat. Well he said i would have to have a lap procedure done, to correct that if i wanted to. but that he isnt to keen on surgeries that dont need to be done in a sense. Anyways he said that at the start of my cycle when i did the u/s i had about 30 follicles on each ovary which is said was alot, and he asked me if i had been doing my OPKs and i told him i have and havent gotten a +, so then he told me he wanted me to do blood work and a lil emergency u/s just to see whats going on inside, to better determine what part of my cycle im on. He also told me his plan of action for the next few months, hes going to give me clomid and metformin next month and then take the clomid on cd3-7 then start doing u/s everyother day starting on cd10 to start cking my folicles and sizing them and then when one is mature enough they would give me an injection to do at nite so that the follicle can release the egg that is mature.
If that process doesnt work for a few the next 2 cycles then either i would have to have the lap and scraping done sincei have some signs of endo, or maybe do an IUI or IVF.
so that was the sad part, now the good in a sense, so i went in to do my u/s in the office there and i had a ton of follicles it was pretty cool to see and all of a sudden a huge one popped out! and the lady measured it and it was matured! it was perfect and ready to go!
so they gave me the shot to take tonight from 7-9pm and im totally freaking out! i can ovulate tomorrow or the next day!!!!
i was so estatic! i was almost crying! and teh best part is that its from my right ovary so my right tube is perfect
i actually have a small chance! So the doctor orderd my shot and i had to go pick it up and now its here iwth me counting down to tonight.
The doc said not to have sex tongiht and to have sex tomorrow and the next night as much as i want
So im soo scared and excited!!!!! so i would techincally be in my first offical 2WW! the doc thinks that my body may be gearing up to O but since i have PCOS it doesnt release the eggie so therefore i get a period in a sense but no egg was released.
So ladies please pray for me!!!!! Hopefully I can concieve on valentines
