So I said I wasn't going to weigh myself until tomorrow, but I was in the grocery store today and figured there was no harm in going ahead and weighing myself!!! Ok, last Friday I weighed 132....I was planning on doing a 1500 calorie diet....but I've ended up doing more like a 1300 calorie diet....I've done at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday and I've only drank water....sooooooo....guess how much I WEIGH!!!!
127.5 So I've lost 4.5 pounds ALREADY!!! I figure that I was eating close to 2500 calories a day before, so it's no wonder that I'm losing quickly! I already almost half way to my goal and it's only been 6 days!!!
That's awesome! You're totally going to motivate people. It's amazing how fast you lost the weight.
What types of foods have you found that keep you feeling full on so few calories?

I cheat, I stand on the scales every day.lol especially after Ive been to the gym, Ive lost 3 pounds this week, most Ive lost in 1 week! since you said about calories the other day, ive been looking more at the calories on packaging. Im trying to burn a minimum of 1000 calories at the gym when I go (thats what i managed on Monday and wednesday) Im not uite sure how many calories Im eating but im covering my bases. Will have to work extra hard tomorrow as weve got some friends staying the night and we are going out for dinner and going out afterwards!

Thanks girls! It's actually been a bit easier than I thought...I just went to the grocery and got healthy snack stuff, like watermelon and stuff...and I munch on that if I get snacky Keep up the good work girls <3
Thanks Jamie...I used to walk 2.5 miles a day, so my legs are super muscular...I *think* that accounts for me weighing more than I look like I should....People always guess I weigh about 120 and wear a size 1 or 3...but I actually wear a size 5!!! Believe it or not, my hips are wider since having the boys, which I didn't think would happen because I wasn't super far along
