My sister recently took a job with Good Mama Diapers running their photography contests online. She hosted all the pictures on Photobucket. They mysteriously disappeared over the weekend. When she contacted photobucket, they said the cloth diapered babies in the pictures constituted nudity!
She was enraged and contacted reporters about it! Here's the story: News.com story
EDIT- she just received this email:
Email received at 5:47 p.m.
My team has reviewed the images that were tossed in your account and it was
determined that the images that were removed from your account should not have been
removed. We have the images available to restore and are currently in the process
of restoring them. Please accept our sincere apologies for the error. The error
was on the part of my team.
It is true that we reviewed our content moderation guidelines to make sure it was in
line with Photobucket's terms of service and it made us more strict on child nudity,
however, we were over-censoring in this case and are working to rectify that.
I have upgraded your account to a pro account for one full year. Please accept this
as an apology from us to you.
