Everyone already knows the name we have picked out for our little man....so this is more a post out of curiosity

Kari, do you and Brian have potential names picked out already?

And Christin, have you thought at all about the name situation since you may be getting a little girl that's a bit old to have her named changed...what would you do if her name was Christin, or something like that ???

Brian and I haven't really discussed names for an adoptive child. I still would be very interested in naming a boy after our father's. We'll have to talk it out and see how we both feel.

That's a good point Brandi... what would you do Christin if you got a little girl named Christin???

LOL oh my i hadnt even thought of that!!! In my life I've only met TWO other Christin's in my surrounding area..so im not toooo worried about it. If it did happen maybe we would go by her middle name instead????

If we get a girl young enough and we dont like her name or if it doesnt fit her then we will change it and make it her middle name and give her new first name.

Zeb and I really like the names Lila (Lie-luh) and Liliana for a girl.

Those names are very pretty. Since we'll be adopting a child that is up to 4 years old, we'll only change their name if they're under 1. I love the idea of making their birth name their middle name. We're still early in the process so we haven't thought much farther ahead.

Christin, my SILs name is Lilah.... But she SIL that I "sorta" like, so I won't hold it against you...hehe!
