DH and I went to a walk in clinic today in hopes of getting physician to fill out a brief report that is required by the adoption agency....

Well, they refused to do it for us because there is a mental health question on there and they are not able to vouch for our mental stability....

So she said that we have to take it to a PCP...I said, "well, we haven't seen our PCP in about 6 years, so they would be able to vouch either..." so her reply was, "would you like a referral to a new PCP?"

HELLO MORON!!! A NEW PCP is no more qualified to vouch for our mental health than you are Way to go, problem solver....

So now DH and I have to TAKE OFF WORK to make appts. to see our PCPs What a P.I.T.A!!!

Why can't SOMETHING just come easy???? FOR ONCE!!!!

dh and i are going thursday for our PCP to give us the A OK on our forms. we see her all the time though because she is our PCP, my OB and Bryar's Pedi.

DH and I don't even have the same PCP, and getting off work early enough for an appt. is a PAIN.

I never go to the doctor...I haven't even had my pap in like 2 years...I'm such a bum....if I get sick, I just go to the walk in clinic up the road because I don't need an appt. and I can go after work...

I know that preggo hormones have me in a funk, but after they turned us away today, I went home and sobbed for about 45 minutes
