We are home with our new daughter

We are all home and doing well. I still haven't written the birth story, but will soon. I have my mom in town this weekend, so hopefully she can keep my DS busy for a bit. Here is the link to my blog if you are interested in the emotional roller coaster madness. Cassidy Nicole

The jist is this:
We matched with an Ohio birthmom April 1st, I flew out there from WA state on June 11. She delivered on the 15th, and I was the only person there besides hospital staff. My husband was flying out the 15th anyway, and was on a layover in Denver when Cassidy Nicole was born. Baby girl is healthy. And gorgeous. The papers were signed by birth parents June 19th, and we got home from Ohio June 25, one day before Cassidy's EDD.

I am so happy for you! I read thru the last month of your blog, and it brought tears to my eyes. Congrats on your beautiful family, and thank you for sharing your story.
