I'm posting this here because I have requested a change of password and requierments for the debates forum. I want to be sure everyone has the chance to read and respond to this. Then no one can say I am hiding anything.

I'm hoping you will all understand why.

First I would like to ask a small favor, if you have an issue with me then please Pm me with it. I am not perfict and I don't pretend to be. I have made mistakes, let emotions take control and been irrational at times. I am human and I am doing the best that I can. If you have an issue with that I respect that, but would ask to deal with it privately. This is just a request, not a command, I just would like to get things worked out. If you feel there is something you want me to change or that I've done wrong then please let me know so I can fix it.

Now for the main reason I wanted to post this. I want the fun to return to this bored. The entire reason for the private forum was because you guys wanted a fun place to have private chats. I am sorry the requierments were not enough. Hence why I've requested new requierments and password.

I work so I am not active during the daytime hours, I don't have a choice there. I have to work to support my family and we are not allowed to use the internet at work. I keep up as best I can, but yes I do miss things.

Please feel free to bring them to my attention. I am not a MOD though so if its something you feel needs action feel free to contact a MOD or an Admin.

Once the new settings are in place for the secret forum feel free to PM me if you feel there is more that is needed.

If there are requierments you feel really need to be met or anything please let me know. I can't do anything unless I know what you guys want or need.

I love the debates forum. Its my favorite bored on here and I am here several times a day everyday. I don't join all the debates, as I am sure is true for many. When I fist came to JM 2 years ago, I found 2 boreds right away. my PR and this bored and I've been on it since. I don't want to leave this place. I love it and I love the people on it. Even if we don't always agree it wouldn't be much of a debate bored if we agreed on everything.

Oh and if the password changes this afternoon I am out till 6pm (work) and will start sorting all of that out tonight)

Thanks Kimberley. I was in the private forum earlier this morning, but it looks like the password just changed a few moments ago as I can't get back in now. I think I may just skip the private area for now - I don't post as often as I used to in the main boards, and after reading some of the recent posts, it's all a bit sad and upsetting

(On a side note, just wanted to say a thanks to the ladies who responded to my thread about my upcoming due date, the responses were very very appreciated and made a big difference - hugs to you all.)

ETA: Ok that makes sense (I went to see the new requirements) and considering I've been actively posting in HD since June 24th 2009 I'm assuming that meets them.
