Give me a few minutes and I'll send it. It'll be somewhat LONG!
I don't know where he is. I haven't talked to him in over 6 years. The last phone number I have of his was the cell phone I paid for. Yet, the state still wants to give him rights to his child, despite the **** he has done. So until my custody case is done (that Im sort of afraid to start while Im not married) I have to keep that avenue of communication open. It's kind of BS

Ugh. How is he going to be served then and how is the state going to give some rights to a childs father when they cannot reach him? Can you do a skip-trace on him? I used to be good at finding people for people, but I don't know if I am still good at it NOW. I'd need name/dob (obviously PM that if you wish) and last known state as well as anything else you had that might help. I can't promise anything but if you would like me to try, I'll try. I have found several people over the years. The ONLY exception: If he moved out of the states. I am still struggling trying to find a brother of mine who doesn't live in the US anymore.

As of now I'd like to remain ignorant on not knowing here he is... just until we get this stuff started. He has rights because he was there for the birth, signed birth certificate, and was kind of there for about 6 months. Though the last time he saw her was her 1st birthday. I think I know where he lives, but it's not for certain. His family refused to give me any information, and backed him up on whatever wrong he did.

We will eventually have to track him down, but my lawyer wants to try to go on grounds of abandonment to get rights revoked. The only thing is my state doesn't like to revoke rights to a single parent, and I am not married. My SO will adopt Lily when we get married, but we aren't married yet. It's a great big giant headache, grrr!
