You need a program like PSP, right? I used to love making siggies years ago when I had the time but I no longer have my PSP.

Yeah, you need either Gimp, Corel Paint Shop Pro, or Photoshop. Gimp is free online. Corel PSP and Photoshop you have to buy, but you can get a trial download of either of them for 30 days for free. (Watch out, though, because after you've tried it for thirty days you'll be addicted and will definitely want to buy! )

Gimp you can download here: GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program
Corel PSP (click where it says "Try it for Free"): Photo editing software ? Corel PaintShop Pro X4
Photoshop: Adobe - Adobe Photoshop CS5.1

I so wish I could. I have zero time these days. I tried Gimp before but it didn't work well for me.

There are ways to get PSP for free too I made a few in the past, but like many of you I don't have much time. I love to look at everyone's art though!
