Welcome to the board. I hope you are not here long. We used pre-seed last cycle and liked it, but I have been hesitant to use it this cycle with DH's low SA results (Don't want to dilute anything out).
And on the ferret teeth thing, Ouch. I know you can, but why would you want to. They have the same teeth we as you dog or cat, would you dremal their teeth flat/blunt? So the points wouldn't be as sharp, but a lot of their bite is jaw strength. Really you need to just work on training them. They have tough skin so they don't realize it hurts when they bite you. They are EXTREMELY smart animal and very trainable. Just like training any animal (or kid) one of the best methods is time outs. When they start playing too hard, and biting too hard, put them up. Don't play with them for 10-15 minutes until they calm down. Scruffing them also helps stop what they are doing, just like a kitten, they typically go limp when scruffed. Then when they play correctly, without biting, give treats or toys they like. For ferrets typically anything they can carry off and hide works as a favorite toy.

I see very few ferrets that are actually biters as adults if they are socialized properly.
Here are a couple of ferret handouts
