I found a great sight on Fertility Diet

Fertility diet!

Fertility vitamins

B vitamins are very important for fertility - especially B6 and B12.Together with zinc, folic acid (B6) is essential for the formation and function of female sex hormones. It has also been shown to reduce the risk of an unborn baby developing spina bifida. Vitamin B12 maximises the absorption of folic acid and is essential for the synthesis of the RNA and DNA that form the basis of our genetic make-up.

Zinc helps to maintain a healthy menstrual cycle and is vitally important for growth and proper cell division in a developing foetus. A zinc deficiency can also slow down the production of good quality eggs prior to conception.

Good advice. I have been taking Zinc, Vitamin B12, and Folic Acid for more than a year.

Hmmm...I take my women's one-a-day and extra folic acid every day...now I'm worried about my zinc.

I wonder how often that phrase is actually spoken??? Probably not very...
