I been taking my temp. every morning at 7 AM right before I get up. For the past week or so, I have been waking up at 4AM, 4:30AM, 5AM, 5:30AM, and so on. I usually wake up lay there for a while then fall back to sleep. I know I am tossing and turning in that 3 hour span, which has made my temp go up.

I'm not sure if I should take my temp., when I wake up at 4AM, its not always guarenteed I will.

Very confused!

I have an alarm that goes off at 4 am to guarantee I get a good temp before I start waking. You may want to start setting one alarm earlier than the one you use to get up for the day.

ditto the other ladies. Back when Dh and I woke at different times, I'd temp when his alarm went off because it was easier to do it then because I knew my sleep for the next few hours after would be restless
