Thumbs up. It looks like it may be cut weird, but I think that's just the way the image was cut or it's taken from an odd angle. It's cute, feminine and something I could wear to the office.

Thumbs sideways- is that a big tie in the back? I'm not a fan of big ties in the back. Thin ones are ok, but that's just my opinion
